We want to look good, we want to be healthy, we want to know about diets and weight loss, and we want to do it all inexpensively.  So that’s what this blog is all about – stay tuned for more natural beauty and health tips!

What do I really know??  – take a look at my picture – This photo was taken on my 62nd birthday!  Some might say I look naturally beautiful for my age!

Carole Schor, MS Nutrition, has written freelance articles on motivation, food, spas and treatments, wellness and nutrition for magazines and newspapers; and has appeared in TV and radio as a wellness expert.  She has owned a Destination Management Company and a low-fat catering business; has been in charge of Fund Development for Agape International Spiritual Center; has been the Logistics Director for the Ocean of Gratitude Cruise; and has recently retired as a Wellness & Spa Director in the United States and the Caribbean.  She is developing wellness and culinary programs to Mexico and is planning fitness and spa retreats at Spa Camp Mexico beginning in 2011.

Stay tuned for exciting news in the world of natural beauty and natural health.  Each week I’ll focus on a different letter – from A to Z.  I’ll tell what’s good for you, how to eat it, drink it and smear it on your face!  There will be plenty of other information that happens to come up and would be of interest to young or mature women.
