C is for Cayenne and Beyonce’s Crazy Cayenne Diet!

Please take note – This diet is not endorsed by Naturally Beautiful Women.  It’s just a look at what lengths celebrities and other people will go to in order to lose weight!  The team here at Naturally Beautiful Women believe in Natural Health and good eating of a balanced diet with vitamins and minerals for anti-aging, long life and natural health.

THE MASTER CLEANSE DIET

Take a clean one-gallon jug and pour in the following:

3 Quarts of Water

1 Cup Lemon Juice

1 Cup Pure Maple Syrup (not maple flavored, but the REAL stuff) or molasses

1 Teaspoon Cayenne

Shake it all up and drink 8-12 glasses a day.

Warning: You will experience cravings, aches, pains, mental irritability and fatigue. These are symptoms of your body’s detoxification.

    Although I probably use 1-3 teaspoons of cayenne a day. I’m pretty much immune to it now. :D

    I used a lot on my diet to force me to drink lots of water. :D

    • Water is not only the key to losing weight, but the key to long life. It keeps everything flowing smoothly throughout the body and aids in elimination. It moisturizes and nourishes. All the fancy gimmicks and diets in the world can’t compare to good, sensible eating in moderation, drinking lots of water, and exercising. These are the keys to long term naturally healthy weight. And that’s what makes us naturally beautiful women and men!

  2. Beyonce is a crazy beyotch that’s why her weight is always up and down one minute she’s chunky next minute she’s skinny.

    • I don’t know about you – but I have those days myself! As women who are concerned about their natural health and natural beauty, we need to pay attention. If we go over our limits one day, we need to go under them the next day. If we take care of our natural health, we’ll really also be taking care of our natural beauty!
