Oprah, I have watched you when I was healthy and I have watched you when I was sick. You have been there for me when I was depressed and lonely and out of work. You have been there for me in the US and in the Caribbean and in Latin America, in California and Florida and New York and back and forth across the United States.
I have learned about fat and I have learned about Farrah. I have seen you transform faces and figures and front yards and families. I have shared The Secret and the shaman, and learned how to journal and how to express gratitude and love.
