Just wanted to say hello and here I am in Herepian! It’s a little, little village in the southwestern part of France. It doesn’t have a lot to say for itself, just a bunch of stone houses, a great big stone church from the middle ages, and a few boulangeries – and me!
I’ve been to Toulouse and to Perpignan, to Quillan and to Sete – exploring the ins and outs of France and mostly the food – ah, the cheese! and the wine! and duck and mussels – ooh la la!
Traveling is quite an adventure, doing it alone an even bigger adventure. There are things you get to do that you couldn’t with other people, and there are things you cannot do because you have no one else to do them with.
We Healthy Senior Women cannot sit around and wait for someone to go with – we need to go forward and manifest the limitless opportunities for experiencing life. We need to know that we can and so we will – have fun, eat good food, drink good wine, make new friends, and have new adventures!
So even on this long, strange trip I’m on — I’ve seen things and been to places I had known of before. Viva la France – the adventure continues!

Go, Carole! What an exciting lifestyle for a Senior woman. You obviously enjoy excellent natural health and by default, also natural beauty. Who wouldn’t want to be in your circle of girlfriends?
I love my girlfriends too. They are so much easier to be with and around than guys.
Where are you headed for next?
