C is for Colors and their Connections to you

Colors have meanings for your Natural Health and Natural Beauty

You might not feel like you have much choice in your life and how it’s unfolding around you.  But one thing you do have a choice with every day is what color you wear.  What you wear can change your mood, or at least change how people react to you.   Choose your colors wisely to enhance the world’s perception of you from the first instant you appear.

Blue is everybody’s favorite color.  Blue is seen as trustworthy, dependable and committed.  Some blues are peaceful and have a calming effect on the viewer.  Electric blues are dynamic and enlivening.  Indigo, a deeper blue, symbolizes a mystical borderland of wisdom, self-mastery, and spiritual realization.

Yellow lights up a room like the sun.  It’s mentally stimulating and enlivening.  Yellow is a great way to wake up in the morning and have a day full of lively communication.  Yellow is happy and cheerful!

Green is the color of peace and balance and the environment.  Green can help to relieve stress and depression.  Green evokes harmony and a chance at a new beginning, like Spring!

Orange stimulates the appetite!  Fun and flamboyant orange radiates warmth and energy, while other shades of orange promote creativity.  Like its cousin yellow, it exudes cheerfulness and enthusiasm.

Red is the color of romance and roses.  It is also the color of danger, excitement, passion, courage and warmth.  Red can stimulate your energy and promote confidence and enthusiasm.  Red is a call to action and attention!
