There are two types of truffles and both of them are tasty and sexy! I’m talking about the kinds you hear about in the forest that pigs root for, and I’m also talking about the chocolate kind – that we all root for!

They look alike, don’t they? Is it any wonder that they modeled the chocolate kind on the earthy, musky rare forest kind?
Ever since the Roman orgy times, woodland truffles have been prized for the exotic aphrodisiac qualities. Just the smell of one of those prized little woody mushrooms can send a woman up in flames. That’s said to be true because the musky smell is very similar to those hot musky male pheromones guys send out when they are excited! A dish made with white truffles can turn dinner into delight, but a little bit of a rarer black one can light your night on fire!
And then there’s chocolate truffles. Maybe there isn’t scientific evidence of the aphrodisiac effect of a chocolate truffle like there is about the woodland truffle, but let’s get real here. Chocolate is a turn on!
