Drink Water - How Much is Enough for Natural Health

How much water is enough????  There is a very simple formula.  Take your actual weight (the actual amount you weigh today – in present real time – not your ideal weight for someday!).

Divide that number by two.  That is the minimum number of ounces you should be drinking every day.

For example — Take a woman who weighs 128 pounds.  Divide that number by two – 128/2 = 64.  A woman weighing 128 should drink a minimum of 64 ounces of water or 8 – 8 ounce glasses each day.

If you weigh more that 128, you should be drinking more than 8 glasses of water each day.  Some studies show that caffeinated drinks such as coffee, tea and cola can have a dehydrating effect and that for every 8 ounces of those liquids you drink, you should make up for it with another 8 ounces of water.

Water – no-calorie, no-fat, no-caffeine – just pure liquid refreshment for natural beauty and health!
