D is for “Drink Water” – #1 Key to Natural Health

Everyday we are fortunate to get new hints and tips about how to improve our natural health (especially here at www.naturallybeautifulwomen.com.

There’s one trick/tip/hint/suggestion that will work better and faster and more effectively than any other.

Drink water.

Drink water.

Drink water.

I can’t repeat this enough times.  Drinking water is the first and most important step to optimizing your natural health.

But, do you know what happens to your body when you don’t drink enough water? Many people wait until they feel parched and thirsty to tell them when they need a drink. Actually, by the time you feel thirsty your body has already suffered the consequences of dehydration.

When your body is not adequately hydrated, it affects your overall health. One of the first things you might feel when you are thirsty  is a headache. Often people will take a couple of aspirin, when actually they need to drink a couple of glasses of water. The next time you get a headache, try this before taking medication.

Constipation is another symptom that you might experience when you don’t drink enough water.  A lot of people will reach for a laxative or a stool softener when they feel bloated, full and literally all stuffed up.    But if you drink adequate amounts of water,  things will flow into, through, and out of your body easily and consistently.  No need for harsh laxatives when you have enough water!

Water acts as a moisturizer in your body.  Water slows down the aging process by keeping everything flowing smoothly.  Water aids in weight loss by speeding up elimination.

Drink water to be a naturally beautiful woman (or man)!
