U is for Underwear – Underneath it all – R U Comfy?

Underwear Undercover for U!

When’s the last time you changed your underwear?  No – I don’t mean daily.  I mean — are you wearing the same kind of underwear you wore in high school, or ten years ago, or 50?

It’s probably time for a change right now.  Those old lady cotton briefs that you’ve been sporting for half a century are out of style, and probably out of shape, and not helping you to be naturally beautiful at all!

Unless you go commando (and good for you if you do!), we wear some kind of undergarment every day.  And it does make a difference in your overall appearance.  Panty lines do nothing for natural beauty!  And as far as I’m concerned, the dental floss of thong is just plain icky and uncomfortable – and why bother?

If you’re up for a change, then here are some tips to help you choose this all-important piece of clothing that you wear every day so close to your skin.  First of all, go for comfort.  Too much and you look like you’ve got extra skin.  Too little (the thong) and you’re pulling at them and trying to adjust all day!  I like the seamless boy short these days – they’re pretty, they’re comfortable and they don’t create panty lines.

Choose the right size.  Too big and there’s too much material in your pants and an all-day wedgie.  Too tight and there’s a bulge — and the last thing you want is tight elastic creating that very ugly and unwanted muffin top (see J is for Jeans and Muffin Tops!

Fabric really counts when it comes to underwear.  Silk and satin might be sexy, but they don’t breathe well, and that will make you sweat and set you up for infections and crotch itch!  Fabrics that work well for wearing next to your skin are cotton (it comes in sexy these days!), Lycra, bamboo, cashmere, and Microfiber.  And silk-feel nylons and high quality polyesters that have cotton crotches come in great, comfy styles that look good and feel good.

Natural Beauty starts from the inside.   Nothing can age you more than looking dumpy, so for a youthful look, for goodness sakes – change your panties!

U is for Underwear – R U Undercover Correctly

Naturally Beautiful Underwear

Are you one of these naturally beautiful women who are wearing the same kind of underwear you wore in high school – even if high school was 40 or 50 years ago?  Don’t laugh  – it’s a common thing!  Even I was reluctant to try something new, but I’ve changed from a high waisted, elastic legged panty to a seamless boy short that gives me no lines – and I’ll never go back!

Most of us (except for the commandos) wear underpants every day, but we don’t really put a lot of thought into it.  I tried the thong, but ick!  I wasn’t thrilled to have a piece of dental floss separating my butt, and what is the purpose of a thong anyway?  IMHO, might as well wear nothing!

So how do you choose this important piece of clothing you wear every day right next to your skin?  Go for comfort and fit, rather than fashion.  Those thongs might look sexy, but if you’re walking around grabbing your butt every five minutes, do you really think that looks sexy?

Choose the right size.  We’ve already talked about muffin tops in jeans (J is for Jeans and Muffin Tops – the last thing you want is tight elastic creating that very ugly and unwanted muffin top!  Nobody will look at the tag to see what size you’re wearing, so go for the right one.  And don’t get panties that are too big, cause they’ll just be another source of wedgie all day long!

As sexy as those silk or satin panties might look, they don’t breathe and will cause you to sweat which might cause you to get infections or crotch itch!  Cotton is the most breathable and Lycra, Microfiber, bamboo, cashmere, silk-feel nylons, high quality polyesters with cotton crotches all can work well.
